Marcia Bryant
Executive Board Member
Marcia Bryant is a compassionate and results-driven healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience in social work and case management. A proud Memphis native, she currently serves as Director of Case Management at St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, where she leads initiatives to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality transitions of care.
Throughout her career, Marcia has specialized in addressing complex discharge planning challenges and advocating for patient-centered outcomes. Her professional background includes serving as a travel social worker in hospitals across the United States and as Interim Team Lead for Case Management at Northeast Georgia Health Systems.
Marcia earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and holds an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is also a Certified Case Manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
Beyond healthcare, Marcia is deeply committed to her community as a co-founder and Executive Board Member of the Long Leg Family Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering first-generation and underserved youth in Memphis through mentorship, scholarships, and educational support.
Driven by empathy, leadership, and a deep sense of purpose, Marcia continues to inspire others through her unwavering dedication to improving lives not only in the healthcare system and in the community she calls home.
