Nicholas Bryant
Founder & Executive Director
Nicholas Bryant is a community leader, advocate, and visionary dedicated to advancing educational equity and opportunity for youth. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Nick is the Founder and Executive Director of the Long Leg Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting first-generation and underserved students as they prepare for college and career success.
Nick’s passion for service and leadership began at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Human Resources. As a Division I track and field athlete and team captain, he cultivated discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that continue to define his leadership style. His outstanding community involvement earned him the Tom Osborne Citizenship Award (2023–2024) for service and leadership.
Professionally, Nick has developed experience in operations, logistics, and law, most recently serving as a Legal Assistant for Pirsch Legal Services PC, LLO, where he strengthened his skills in client management, project coordination, and organizational leadership.
Beyond his career, Nick has volunteered with organizations including the Boys & Girls Club, Special Olympics, and B&B Boxing Gym, promoting youth development and community engagement. Through the Long Leg Family Foundation, he continues to champion access, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities for young people striving to reach their full potential.
Purpose-driven and community-minded, Nick Bryant leads with vision and heart by building bridges between education, opportunity, and empowerment for the next generation.
